Important Information

SUMMER 2025 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

  • Roof work on Building 3 will be underway from May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, but not Building 1, and construction noise is possible. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge, depending on other bookings.
  • Contactless check-in and check-out via smart lock door codes. Codes will be provided prior to arrival.

Property Access

  • The building includes an elevator.
  • Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards (provided in condo) are required for access.
  • Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit are available from Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM–10 PM. Key cards required.
  • Community laundry rooms available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
  • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request (advance notice required).

Policies and Rules

  • The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only allowed outside and at least 75 feet away from the building. Proper disposal of cigarette butts is required.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years. Children allowed.
  • No parties, large groups, or events are permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $450 fine.
  • Rental agreement must be signed and returned.

Parking Information

  • Tesla destination chargers are available in the upper Snowshed parking lot (a short walk from the condo). Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not permitted in this lot.
  • Free parking is available for guests.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Free Wi-Fi is provided.
  • Key cards (provided in condo) are required for access to indoor and outdoor amenities.
  • The town uses well water that is high in mineral content. Guests may bring bottled water if preferred.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks, as required by the homeowner's association.

Shuttle and Transportation

  • Free shuttle service to the resort leaves regularly outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter.
  • Walking distance to Snowshed Lodge (approximately 7 minutes).

Weather and Refunds

  • Winter weather conditions are unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended during winter months.
